A homage to our beautiful winter Camellia in our garden that has been showing its beautiful flower every season for 15 years and someone has even been proposed next to this Camellia flower💍

This inspired us to make this dish:

Roasted beetroot | radicchio | labneh horseradish | Dutch soya dressing | pea cress | Caramelised walnuts |fermented yuzu chilli pepper

@innonthelake_nl we cook with local produce as much as possible. Our 50 km range helps us with that. Direct contact with farmers and no long distances for example with food flown in from abroad helps us and everyone else to make the world a little bit better.🌎

During our winter months, our guesthouse is closed, but our Beautiful villa is available for rent.

The gorgeous design house in Broek in Waterland was affectionately named 'Little Venice' by its owners, due to its idyllic location along the water. Strolling through the village, you will be admired by the light colored wooden houses, surrounded by lushious gardens. In the center of this village you will find the villa Little Venice, enclosed by a large garden and majestically situated on a lake. And all this serenity lies just around the corner of the metropole Amsterdam!

Upon entering, you will be surprised by the light, contemporary design that lies hidden behind the eighteenth-century facade. The predominantly white rooms are outlined by black window frames and is complemented by the warm, soothing colors of the interior. The modern kitchen is a dream for cooking enthusiasts and features state-of-the-art facilities.

The first bedroom is accessed through stylish French doors from the living room and the second bedroom is located on the second floor in the peak of the roof. Both rooms have the allure of luxury hotel suites and feature modern bathrooms en suite with wonderful rain showers. One of the two bedrooms can accommodate an extra single bed. So there is sleeping space for five people.

The garden consists of over 1000 m² of gardens and cozy lounge areas. Enjoy the first cup of coffee of the day by the water and relax in the afternoon in the jacuzzi or sauna. As icing on the cake, enjoy the luxury while staying at Little Venice, perfect for exploring the area!
